সমলিংগ বিবাহ এদিন বাস্তৱত পৰিণত হ'ব বুলি আশা প্ৰকাশ কৰিছে ভাৰতৰ দ্ৰুততম মহিলা দুতী চান্দে।
সমলিংগ বিবাহৰ বৈধতাৰ সন্দৰ্ভত উচ্চতম ন্যায়ালয়ৰ ৰায়দানৰ সন্দৰ্ভত নিজৰ মতামত প্ৰকাশ কৰি চান্দে এই মন্তব্য কৰে।
উচ্চতম ন্যায়ালয়ৰ পাঁচজনীয়া সংবিধান বিচাৰপীঠে সৰ্বসন্মতিক্ৰমে বিশেষ বিবাহ আইনৰ অধীনত সমলিংগ বিবাহক আইনী স্বীকৃতি প্ৰদান কৰিবলৈ অস্বীকাৰ কৰি এনে সংঘৰ বৈধতা প্ৰদানৰ বাবে আইন সলনি কৰাটো সংসদৰ পৰিসৰৰ ভিতৰত আছে বুলি ৰায় দিয়ে।
"উচ্চতম ন্যায়ালয়ে সমলিংগ ব্যক্তিক একেলগে থাকিবলৈ বাধা দিয়া নাই। যিহেতু দেশত সমলিংগ ব্যক্তিৰ বিবাহৰ বাবে তেনে কোনো আইন নাই, সেয়েহে এছচিয়ে ইয়াত হস্তক্ষেপ কৰা নাছিল।"
চন্দে কয় যে আমি আশাবাদী যে কেন্দ্ৰীয় চৰকাৰ আৰু সংসদে নিশ্চিতভাৱে এই গোচৰটো বিবেচনা কৰি সমলিংগ ব্যক্তিৰ বিবাহৰ বাবে উপযুক্ত আইন প্ৰণয়ন কৰিব।’ চান্দে কয়।
India's fastest woman Dutee Chand has expressed optimism that same-sex marriage will become a reality one day.
Chand made the remark while expressing her views on the apex court's judgment on the legality of same- sex marriage.
A five-judge constitution bench of the Supreme Court unanimously refused to accord legal recognition to same-sex marriage under the Special Marriage Act, ruling that it is within Parliament's ambit to change the law for validating such union.
"The Supreme Court has not prevented same-sex persons from staying together. As the country has no such legislation for marriage between same-sex persons, the SC did not interfere in it," she said.
"We are optimistic that the central government and Parliament will certainly consider the case and make proper legislation for the marriage between same-sex persons in future," Chand said.

সমলিংগৰ বিবাহক নগৰ-গ্ৰাম্য, উচ্চ-নিম্ন, জাতি, ধৰ্ম বা ধৰ্মৰ দিশৰ পৰা চাব নালাগে বুলিও কয় ছাত্ৰী গৰাকীয়ে।
ই মানৱতাৰ সমস্যা আৰু সকলোৱে জীৱনত উপযুক্ত অধিকাৰ লাভ কৰা উচিত বুলিও কয় তাই।
সমলিংগ বিবাহৰ বাবে আইনী মৰ্যাদাৰ আশাবাদৰ সন্দৰ্ভত দূতীয়ে কয়, "ভাৰতত বিধৱা বিবাহৰ এনে কোনো ব্যৱস্থা আছিল নেকি? দেশত সমলিংগ বিবাহৰ অনুমতি এদিন হ'ব।"
Dutee, who had no hesitation in revealing that she had been in a relationship with her partner for five years, said they loved each other and decided to stay and get married.
She said that marriage between same-sex should not be seen in terms of urban-rural, upper-lower, caste, creed or religion.
"It is a problem of humanity and all should get proper rights in life," she said.
On her optimism for legal status for same-sex marriage, Dutee said, "Was there any such provision of widow marriage in India? The same-sex marriage will one day be allowed in the country," she argued.
